Western Juvenile Defender Regional Listserv

The WJDC can be your instant connection to other champions for the rights of young people.
Juvenile defenders, professors, law students, and other child advocates participate in the WJDC email listserv.

Our listserv serves as a way for members to connect to other members and is a conduit for two primary functions:

  1. To solicit information, referrals and help from other attorneys in the region. Due to limited resources, the WJDC is not able to answer many requests for assistance on cases. However, the listserv connects defenders to colleagues all over the region, and provides the opportunity to get ideas and input on difficult problems faced by juvenile defenders.

  2. To disseminate information about juvenile defense related events, trainings, jobs and issues. Passing on information about upcoming trainings, job openings, a good case or an article of interest are all ways that defenders can support each other across the Northwest region.

To join the listserv, please complete the form on the [1] National Juvenile Defender Center site.
